World's Hottest Chili Pepper Challenge! #carolinareaper

Have you ever heard of "The Carolina Reaper Challenge"? I haven't. I'm not even sure if there is one. Maybe we made it up? Who knows. I think my oldest son saw this challenge on YouTube and he really insisted on doing it. One thing I never mentioned about my boys is that they REALLY love spicy food. NOT ME. YUCK!

I never knew how determined my son was to do this challenge until my husband came home with a zip-lock full of Carolina Reapers fresh from his coworkers back yard. I was shocked! So, I had to share with you....
Did you know? Carolina Reapers are the THE WORLD'S HOTTEST CHILI PEPPER. It is a crossbreed between a ghost pepper and a red habanero and it hits 2.2 scoville heat units! YIKES!
