I'm Still In!

I'm still in the Water Challenge!! I've actually done pretty good!! I may have been short on a cup or two, but I've always seemed to make it up in the evening.

The Bad
The only downfall about drinking so much water is having to go to the bathroom every few hours and waking up a few times throughout the night.

The Good
I've noticed that I'm not thirsty all the time. I don't crave food as often and that I'm not retaining water like I've been doing lately. YAY! I already knew all this, but it really is a mission trying to remember to drink water. Strange, but true. So there you have it!! Drink H2O!! You'll feel better!!
