When Life Gets Tough..God Is There To Lend You A Hand.

The economy has been really tough on our family. My husbands pay was lowered, my hours were cut, and we had unexpected bills come our way that REALLY put us in a bind. We're still having tough times, but this time I didn't panic. I refuse to panic. I naturally stressed out, but this time I prayed. I asked God to help us out through these tough times. To help everyone that is having difficult times. I also thanked God for our good health, a roof over our heads, and our health. Things could be worse, but it's not and for that I'm thankful.

I also prayed that our friends and family are doing well through these difficult times and continue their good health because without our health, life could be worse. I'm not good at prayer, but is there really such a thing as a good prayer? I guess all that matters is that God knows what I'm saying and that He understands me. LOL.

I never REALLY talk about this, but I talk to God all the time. Not just in prayer, but as my guide in life. I try to live by His words. I would be a hypocrite to say that I'm perfect because I'm not. There's still so much I need to learn, but I know that He is by my side. He can't do everything for me, but I know that when we need that little boost in our lives He is there for us.
