My Workout:
Spinning in the morning 9am to 10am
My Diet:
Breakfast: Bowl of Oatmeal
Lunch: Scrambled Eggs with cheese and Bacon, 2 corn Tortillas, Fruit
Dinner: 1 slice of Pizza and 2 pieces of cheese bread (My Weakness)....I feel so guilty....
Tuesday (failed)
My Workout:

I started out really good. I had a slim fast shake for breakfast. Then for dinner I had a roast beef sandwich (but I cheated with a soda)....When dinner came around...my supportive hubby brought a family meal from Del Taco...Tacos and Burritos....let's just end it at that....
Then my work had an employee banquet with sandwiches, fruits, and cookies....yummmm....
I'm so ashamed....
Work
Last night I worked a 12 hour shift. I was off at 630am this morning...had 2 hours of sleep..and had to run off to a doctors appointment (a very important appointment). It's called 5 year birth control aka IUD (intrauterine device). I can't wait!!
School
Tonight I have an online math quiz..I don't know how I am going to do it with only 2 hours of sleep...ugh!!
It's been a tough week so far....
