20 Random Facts About Me Tag {Photo Heavy}

I was tagged to post 20 random facts about me on Instagram and I thought I could share it with you and elaborate on some of the facts that I shared with everyone. So here we go.....

1. I'm 34 years old and I've been married for 16 years! I married my hubby when I was 18 years old and no one thought we would make it this long. Terrible right? Beating the odds baby! Till death do us part! It hasn't been easy. Marriage isn't easy and if someone tells  you that it is. THEY'RE LYING TO YOU! Seriously, just pretend that you're barfing when someone tells you that.....The funny thing is that with all the hardships, comes the happy moments in your marriage where you love them more and more each day.

2. I met my hubby on the wrestling team in high school. I was trying out for the team My mom made me drop out after two weeks because the boys were pervs and they told my mom all the guys wanted to wrestle me. Jerks. So I ended up only wrestling one of them (my mind is in the gutter) and here we are....

3. I had my first baby boy at 22 years old (he's 12 now). My second baby boy in 2007 (he's 6 now) and my last baby girl this past December 2014 (she's eight months now)! We're done having babies! YAY! (Notice how I follow up wrestling my hubby to having kids, Yep, Gutter brain.)

4. I was a military wife from 98-2001 and we lived in Fayetteville, North Carolina for three years. We chose to not have kids during that time because he was always getting deployed. We decided to have fun instead! Except, I wish I would have focused on school a little more. Still, no regrets.

5. Hubby and I have traveled to many southern states, east coast states, & Egypt since we've been married. We LOVE to travel. He's actually been to more places because of deployments, but those are the destinations that we have been to together. We just recently traveled to Idaho and we're hoping we can visit Hawaii soon! More on that later.....

6. I've been a licensed vocational nurse (lpn/lvn) since 2003. Specializing mostly in pediatric subacute care, public health, and home care. I love being a nurse. I love the work that i have done. I love gaining experience in different areas involving my career. It makes me feel well rounded.

My parents provided the car, the car insurance, and I had a t.v. in my room. i never watched cable growing up. My parents were VERY strict. But when i look back at the things that I had. I was really blessed.

19. My husband fights MMA professionaly and  it doesn't make me nervous. He's taking a break right now, but he'll be at it again soon. People ask me all the time if i get nervous watching him fight, but I'm used to it. It doesn't bother me at all.

20. When I was little, I wanted to be a nurse, an actress, a singer, and a sign language interpreter. Working on some of those as hobbies. I'm a licensed nurse, but I want to get my RN. l've tried acting, but have realized it's not easy doing it with kids so I'm waiting till they're bigger. I love to sing so I do it in my car a lot. LOL. I'm too much of a wuss to go tryout for television. I'm scared of the criticism.
