Memorial Day Weekend Giveaway!

Happy Memorial Day! I hope that you've all had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!

 

Don't forget to remember those that have given all...

We started our weekend Thursday night (hubby's "Friday" night off from work) and  went to visit to our local Farmer's Market.

 The best part about Market Night are the bounce houses and the petting zoo. Unfortunately, we only had time to take the kids to the petting zoo. It's just an excuse for us to come back to Market Night again soon.

 This guy wouldn't sit still. He kept shoving his face into my camera. He really wanted his picture taken :p

We also ran into a puppeteer and a magician! I really want to take the kids to see this puppeteer in action.

 The puppeteers show is called, "Scott Land Marionette's". I'd love to see Obama perform! LOL.

 It was neat to watch him work his magic with these puppets. After only watching a glimpse of his performance we took a long stroll down a street full of vendors. The options were endless.

We bought a few treats like mango chili, fresh honey, and beef jerky. The kids scored toys and I was spoiled with a brand new hair straightener! Of course, we couldn't leave Market Night without buying a few liters of freshly made "Green Juice" and locally grown veggies!

 On Saturday, I spent the day with my moms husband's family. We were celebrating two graduations and my mom and her hubby's third year wedding anniversary. I can't believe it's already been three years! I didn't get any pictures. MAJOR FAIL. When the party was over I rushed home because we were hosting the UFC Fights at our house. We invited a few of our closest friends over and had an amazing time minus a small "dramatic" setback.

Once the fights were over we went to bed early because hubby had to work the rest of Memorial Day weekend. I spent Sunday picking up the mess that was left behind on Saturday and took it easy the rest of the day. Now I'm just at home blogging because I couldn't wait to host another GIVEAWAY for my readers!!!!

 If you've been following my blog for a while you probably already know that aside from my husband working as a Radiologic Technologist...he's also a Professional Mixed Martial Arts Fighter. He is Licensed to fight in California professionally. He LOVES the sport.

 My husband LOVES the sport so much that our family actively participates in many events involving the MMA community. Our kids currently train in wrestling, jiu-jitsu, boxing, and muay thai. I've mostly worked out in muay thai and boxing, but I mostly do cardio. The kids and I don't train to fight (who knows what will happen in the future). We train to get & stay healthy.

 As a professional MMA Fighter hubby trains hard for his fights. He's very picky with the gear that he wears because any malfunction to his gear can really make a difference in his training or performance.

 Thanks to MMAHQ they've sent us a pair of Jon Jones Form shorts for us to review and they've asked us to give away a pair to one of my readers!

 My husband has received products from MMAHQ in the past and he is very satisfied with the quality of the products that they sell.
