In honor of water, I've decided to include myself in a Water Challenge!! I've mentioned before that water is extremely important in dieting, but it's incredibly easy to forget. I REALLY do need to PRACTICE WHAT I PREACH!!
Like I've mentioned before...it's always good to drink one glass of water before and after a meal. If you're having three meals per day that would already be six cups of water for the day!! I'm writing this for myself as well. LOL! The other two cups would be in between these meals. For example, during or after exercise or with a snack.
I just keep thinking, "WATER? How hard could that be?". It REALLY has to be one of the easiest challenges that I'll ever do. Right?
So there you have it!! My first challenge!! WATER!! Eights cups...64 ounces daily...

PLEASE!! PLEASE!! DO NOT drink TOO MUCH water!! ALSO, DO NOT replace meals with water!! It can be deadly!! Drinking too much water can cause toxicity a.k.a hyponatremia (low blood sodium) and you can die!! Replacing meals with water will cause malnutrition and you will starve to death!! Sounds ridiculous, but some people REALLY do this! You would be amazed at what people do. Trust me!! I have taken care of people that have done things that you would never believe!
P.S. I found a HUMAN WATER REQUIREMENT CALCULATOR! LOL! Not sure if it works! I haven't tried it yet. I wouldn't trust it completely. It's just something fun I found on the web...
