The company will send you an unexpected bill that they tell you is covered when you're getting your endoscopy, blood work, and ultrasound. The lack of communication is ridiculous and they will "accidentally" lose your paperwork if you need copies of your medical record. I wish I had better news to report, but I'm very disappointed with my experiences with the company (aka Top Surgeons in Beverly Hills, CA). You put trust in a company to take care of your needs. To be concerned about covering you without receiving ridiculous expensive bills, but it comes back to you like a slap in the face. I'm sad because I was deceived. I was given false hope. Who else can I trust now?

Extremely Disappointed
Hello! I have very sad news to report. More disappointing than anything. My computer is still down, but I will write a full report on my previous lap band/insurance experience as soon as I get the computer going. One thing that I do have to warn people about is to not call 1-800-Get-Thin if you're not absolutely sure that you're going to be approved.
