My endoscopy went well! No discomfort. No pain. No side effects. Perfect!! The irony was that I had my endoscopy in Beverly Hills. Down the street from Jackie Warner's Gym!!. I SO wish I could have gone there too! She has the best boot camps. Definitely planning on going back. She kicks ass!!
Buy her DVDs!! It's not like those other cheesy DVDs out there. YOU WILL FEEL THE PAIN after her workouts!! Tony even does them and he thinks workout tapes are cheesy. He makes fun of me for liking her so much, but I've caught him a few times doing her DVDs. SO WHATEVER TONY!! You like her workouts too!! LOL!!
Maybe after my surgery, maybe even before my surgery...I'll set up an appointment and stop by and do her boot camp. After my lap-band I should melt the pounds off alot easier than I do now. Along with a good diet and Jackie Warner's workouts. I swear by it guys! I sound like a commercial...LOL!I have both DVDs and if I was consistent I would for sure lose the weight. Your muscles hurt when you're done. And when that happens...YOU KNOW ITS WORKING! In the power circuit DVD she has a small menu plan that is really easy to follow. Makes me want to go workout right now! I'm working though...lol. Maybe tonight...
