I'm BACK!! It's been REALLY hectic moving and unpacking and just getting plain settled!! We're still working on it.....

I still need to unpack, clean, and organize the house. We still don't have Internet, t.v., or a land line. The move financially wiped us out!! I didn't work for about two weeks so that didn't help anything either. But here I am now...working nights once again....

I really don't mind it right now. It gives me a chance to get caught up on here. It's my quiet time away from the hubby and kids. Gotta love em', but mommy needs a break!!

The last time I was on here I was updating everyone on my hubby's fight!!

The Weigh-In's

The weigh-in's were long and gruesome...

It takes a long time for things to get done because the doctor has to do a physical exam for every fighter, paperwork and contracts are being signed, and pictures are being taken. It's a long process because most fighter's are dehydrated and fasting. Making it a bad picture overall.

Personally, I don't mind it, but I'm not the one dehydrated and fasting. HAHAHA!! I took a few pictures...they are waiting for me to download them onto my computer.

Finally, after everyone is done with everything...the fighter's weigh-in. It's amazing to see there before and after pics....faces are sunken in on weigh-in's and they're totally different the next day.....I'll make sure to put those pics on here....

Tony's personally miserable on weigh-in's. I'll hardly talk to him just to avoid getting my head bitten off. LOL!! It's hard sometimes...I try to be a good supporting wife, but sometimes I want to bite his head off when he's that grumpy. I have to bite my lip sometimes....

It was REALLY interesting to see Tony's component. It was Jeremy's fighting instructor, but he was being REALLY cocky and rude. It was really disappointing because he wasn't like that when Jeremy was going to his MMA classes. Then I remembered that he was tired, dehydrated, and hungry too.....CAN"T MESS WITH A HUNGRY, TIRED, DEHYDRATED MAN!! Geez!! GRUMPY!!

Unfortunately, my hubby did not make weight. They cut 20% of his pay.....we were bummed. 10% of his pay went to the other fighter and the 0ther 10% went to the commissioner's. It was devastating because he worked so hard to cut weight. A little too hard actually.....

It was a devastating loss for Tony. He was extremely tired and could not go on. He was weak from the dehydration the previous day. Till the next fight....
