Christmas is Almost Here!

Christmas is almost here! I can't BELIEVE it!  Thanksgiving was just yesterday. Not really, but it feels like it. A few of our neighbors had their Christmas lights on before Thanksgiving. Wowza! We put up our lights this past weekend. I feel like were running behind.

The kids were so excited to see our lights go up.  If our house looks a little different it's because we've moved! AGAIN....Long story short. The commute from our old house to my hubby's new job was far. So here we are! A new house! Closer to my hubby's work. It was a spontaneous move that we decided to do one week before Thanksgiving. I know. We're nuts.

So here I am...busy unpacking boxes and decorating for Christmas.

I love the Santa set my BFF Alina gave me a few years back. I cherish this Santa decor. The only thing that's missing is our Christmas tree. Hubby's been so busy working that we haven't had a chance to go get a tree.

Aside from unpacking one of my favorite things to do around Christmas is attend Christmas events. I invited my friend Jorgina and her kids to go with us to a Christmas concert at a local church.  I didn't get a chance to take that many pics that night, but we had a great time!

I love how the holidays bring friends and families together. No matter how chaotic life can be....always make sure to slow down just enough to make time for friends and family. It's hard, but worth it in the end.
